Where we deliver
We deliver within Nairobi and to other parts of Kenya. Collection may also be available. The delivery options and fees available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery fees
The delivery fee is shown separately in your order summary. There are no hidden charges.
Delivery times
- Ready stock: we dispatch after your payment is confirmed. We will contact you to arrange delivery.
- Preorders: we will share delivery or collection details once your items arrive from our supplier.
Tracking
You can check your order status at any time on the Track Order page using your order reference and phone number. We update the status as your order progresses. We do not currently provide live courier tracking.
