When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, county, town, delivery address and any delivery instructions. When you pay with M-Pesa we receive the payment confirmation details (such as the M-Pesa reference, amount and phone number) needed to confirm your payment.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order
- To contact you about your order, including by phone or WhatsApp
- To keep records of sales and payments as required for our business
We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
We never ask for or store your M-Pesa PIN or full card details.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with service providers that help us run the shop, for example payment processors (such as Safaricom M-Pesa), delivery services (your name, phone number and address) and our website host.
How we protect it
Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Order and payment information is stored on secured servers, and access to the admin area is restricted to authorised staff with a password.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us on WhatsApp to make a request.
